Measured Term Maintenance Contract

Tenders for carrying out the repair and maintenance of various Council owned or managed buildings. The repair and maintenance includes electrical, mechanical, (gas safe works), roadworks (highway maintenance) and plumbing. This will include reactive maintenance and planned works. In addition to the various building works it will also comprise the maintenance and repair of unrelated external works such as paving, walls, fencing, footbridges, signs, street furniture, drainage, water supply pipes (allotments) within the boundary of the City of Gloucester.
