MBC1518 - Responsive Repairs and Voids

Melton Borough Council wishes to inform the market of an upcoming open tender opportunity for a repair and maintenance contract to service the Council's housing stock. The Council is a stock holding authority of approximately 1800 homes in Leicestershire. The contract would include works relating to any repairs for a property, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, general remedial works and voids.
