During 2021-22, The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) will match-fund 10 projects, at 6,800 GBP each, to explore and address specific Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) issues in FE providers. This is a new area of activity for ETF, which along with other programmes and initiatives, aims to support a pipeline of managers and leaders in FE that represent the diversity of learners in the sector.
