The over-arching aim of this tender is to procure a managing agent for the Ebury site and to include Phase 2 of the Ebury Site which is currently under development and will complete within the next 5 years. The drivers for this long term arrangement are to achieve a partnership approach along with reduced management burden, reduced costs and increase in quality-of-service delivery.
