This procurement will procure a consultancy service for strategic and transformational requirements, to provide expertise and review work underway to identify how we (PINS) can improve our timeliness, specifically for appeals casework, and help us make changes to make a tangible difference Before implementing the change to improve our times, we need to first understand the problems to be solved and so we have taken a two-staged approach to the contract.
