London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is working with its Member Institutions to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Cleaning Services in Greater London and the South East of England (Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex).
