LUPC Cleaning Services Framework Agreement

London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is working with its Member Institutions to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Cleaning Services in Greater London and the South East of England (Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex). LUPC is made up of universities and colleges, as well as government agencies, research organisations and museums and other cultural establishments.
