The purpose of this tender is to procure a window cleaning service and Communal Block Cleaning Services for the Low and Medium Rise blocks within Wakefield District Housing Limited (WDH) estate. Our requirements are split across two Lots. Lot 1- Internal and External Window Cleaning. Lot 2 - Communal Block Cleaning.Tenders maybe submitted for all Lots. With the maximum number of Lots that maybe awarded to one tenderer being two (2). Each Lot will be evaluated separately. One contractor will be appointed for each Lot.
