NICE is seeking to procure a Link Resolver and Knowledge Base Service that resolves the links between the Users' search query and the relevant full text journal articles that sit in a Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base is an up-to-date and accurate repository of all the Content available to an organisation. NICE requires the provision of a Link Resolver and Knowledge Base Service that allow HDAS (and potentially other systems) to pass Citations and a User's Organisational Identifier and receive links that resolve to Content they are eligible to access.
