EEM on behalf of its members would like to establish a framework for a fully independent specialist elevator, escalator and access equipment consultancy service. During the course of the Framework we will be looking for the consultancy provider to carry out; Maintenance Management Services, Surveys and Condition Reports, Project Management , CDM Duties and Expert Witness . EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales.
