Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council wish to procure a Public Mobile Library which will incorporate the cleanest and greenest vehicle with the latest technology to provide a multifunctional space which will be used to serve community groups across the Borough. In order to ensure that we meet the requirements laid out in the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council Climate Change Plan we will be considering EV, Hybrid and Diesel chassis options.
