Essex County Council currently has provision in place to provide Leadership and Management development solutions through a framework agreement, which is due to terminate in July 2021, and are looking to the market to develop its requirements to implement a new contractual arrangement which will replace this and provide development solutions aligned to the current and future corporate strategies.
