Leadership Development - Women's Development programme

The requirement is for the provision of a Women's Development programme, targeted primarily towards a diverse female audience. The programme will be delivered to a total of 12 women from the London NHS workforce who are ready to make progress in their careers. Facilitators will have to demonstrate evidence of lived experience of being an ethnic minority within the NHS workforce and of issues relating to women.
