The Fund is seeking a suitably qualified service provider who will work with us to develop and deliver a leadership development programme. We want a programme that builds leadership capability and embodies our vision, principles and reflects our ambitions for the future. Working with an external consultant we have developed an approach that adopts the principles of self-managed learning and we are now looking for a partner that can work with us to develop and deliver this.
