The Essex Partnership is a group of public, private and voluntary sector partners that work together to deliver better outcomes and improved public services in Essex. The Essex Partnership comprises local authorities (including Essex County Council, Essex district councils and the unitary authorities of Southend and Thurrock), NHS clinical commissioning groups, the Police and Fire Service, universities, the voluntary and community sector and the business community.
