LBL Development Programme for Managers

London Borough Lewisham has agreed to offer professional staff development opportunities to all staff. As part of the Council's transformation programme priority has been given to the development of managers as they are key in delivering services with restricted resources and a changing organisation. The Council is therefore seeking training/learning providers to bid for the delivery of management and leadership programmes and qualifications. These will be funded by the apprenticeship levy and can lead or enable access to a recognised qualification.
