Laundry Equipment Servicing and Maintenance

General Scope The contract will include, but not limited to, the following: • Reactive and Repair service for communal laundry equipment. • A 24/7, 365/6 days a year, emergency call out service. • 24 hour emergency call out response service. • To carry out an annual preventative maintenance service and Cp12 inspections, where applicable. • The installation of laundry equipment, where and when required. • The cleaning of Ducts every 12 months.
