The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the redevelopment of the Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC) Atrium. This project involves the creation of a new collaborative working space via the replacement of the existing ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (EFTE) roof with a new solid/glazed structure, plus a major upgrade of mechanical and electrical services to achieve a comfortable environment year round, and the provision of furniture, fixtures and equipment including internal planting.
