Kitchens and Bathrooms Replacement

Three contracts are available, for the supply and installation of replacement kitchens and bathrooms for Uttlesford District Council. The contracts are split into three lots of which the maximum you can tender for is two. The contract is worth £480,000 per year, initially for five years with an option to extend for a further four years thereafter. The homes are primarily occupied.
