Kingston Leisure Feasibility Masterplan

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Council) wishes to engage Consultants with a high level of experience and expertise in leisure services and asset management. The Consultants will undertake a strategic and commercial feasibility study and propose a sustainable Borough wide Masterplan.
