IT Service Operations Transformation Requirements

Provision of contracted out services for delivery of key IT Service Operations transformational activities including implementation of specific strategies and plans in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) Team and review of the Services Operations Target Operating Model (TOM). The total contract award value of £1,567,850 exc. VAT includes the initial contract term and extension provisions. This amendment is to uplift the contract value by £67,850 exc. VAT utilising Regulation 72 (1) e & f; low value & non substantial change.
