The work will involve, moving of existing roof mounted equipment, removal of existing roof coverings, removal of redundant roof mounted M & E, equipment & ducting. Application of new roof covering, parapets, upstands, recertification of man safe system and recertification of window cleaning system. Reinstatement of roof mounted equipment.
