The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, working with Bradford CCGs intends to establish a framework for the provision of Integrated Residential and Nursing Care services to adults across the Bradford District. The purpose of the framework will be the delivery of care and support to older people and adults with support needs relating to learning disabilities, mental health and/or physical disabilities in a residential setting.
