The proposed contracting model for this service is to set up dedicated service provision at sub regional level. The main objective is to enable people with complex mental health problems to be able to enjoy a good quality of life, reduce health inequalities, remain independent and in control, achieve sustainable paid employment, and support each individual's recovery.
