Norfolk County Council has been awarded grant funding by the Department for Work and Pensions and Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) to participate in the Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care initiative. The project is called Working Well Norfolk (WW - Norfolk) and the aim of WW - Norfolk is to support people with disabilities in to, and to stay in, work. This contract is for an Activity Delivery Partner (ADP) to deliver WW - Norfolk across the county, in accordance with the funding terms set out by the DWP.
