Independent Technical Assurance

HMRC are looking to re procure a similar service that they have previously used to review the technical IT element of the Technology Sourcing Programme (TSP) business cases. There is an enduring need as a small number of TSP cases remain and there is a wider number of programmes which have significant technology elements to them. The service required would be that of a review of the IT technical element of the business cases with an additional skills transfer to allow HMRC to grow expertise internally and therefore minimise the need for external support.
