Implementation of Zero Baseline Recommendations

A Direct Award under the CCS Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3), Lot 2 for Strategy and Policy. HS2 Sponsorship has asked Arcadis to undertake a discovery exercise / review of its end to end workflow process - and in particular the initial entry point for DfT requests into that workflow process. This review will provide recommendations and options for improvement across ways of working and technology solutions, which will then be considered for design, build and implementation thereafter.
