The call off contract is for the provision of Services under; - Lot 2 : Cloud software - Lot 3 : Cloud support Following on from the cyber attack, ICT procured the eDesigner forms from IEG4 to allow residents communicate with the Council mainly on Revenues, Benefits and Housing needs issues. A contract was taken out for 2 years but we omitted to include the extension of another 2 years as allowed under Gcloud contracts.
