Aspire is seeking a “Service Provider” of communal cleaning, incorporating external window cleaning across Aspire’s whole operational area. The Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring all works are performed in line with all relevant standards and regulations, maintaining high standards of safety and performance throughout the duration of the contract.
