We are a relatively small organisation and are looking for a supplier we can work with to obtain an understanding of where we are now with our ICT & Digital Strategy, recommend what our priorities should be and provide advice on how to get there. Understanding the needs of staff and users of our service will be important, as will working closely with the senior staff that will need to buy in to any plan we develop.
