IA3048 Turnaround Programme

Central government is investing £300 million over the next 3 years to support every single Council across England and Wales in catching and preventing youth offending earlier than ever, with a view to helping to stop Children and teenagers from moving on to further, more serious offending. The Council is aiming to implement a Framework of providers to help deliver their Local Turnaround Programme.
