This procurement is for Breckland Councils hybrid mail provision only. We are not seeking bids for our traditional mail in this tender. Breckland District Council (BDC) is seeking a solution to its current mailing provisions. At present The Council has a fragmented approach to mailing, making it difficult to understand volumes and track mailing, the Council are looking to collate this into one single use system.
