Humber Social Enterprise Accelerator Pilot

Hull City Council, on behalf of the HBGH, wishes to commission the delivery of a Social Enterprise Accelerator (SEA) Pilot targeted at Social Enterprises in the Humber that, with targeted support and guidance, have the capacity for growth. The Service Provider shall be expected to deliver a programme of high quality support to a group of Social Enterprises across the whole of the Humber Geography.
