HS2 Ltd Engineering Management System (EMS)

The EMS scope comprises the design, manufacture, supply, installation, integration, testing and commissioning of the EMS for the Phase One, Phase 2a and Phase 2b routes. The EMS will be a software solution which will provide, to key operations staff, remote supervisory control and monitoring of railway assets and systems.
