The multi storey building, Vallum Court, Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 6NQ was constructed in 1965 and has 120 dwellings spread over 20 floors. The original 6 soil stacks have been identified as being in a state of disrepair and require replacing with an upgraded HDPE system. The works will include breaking in to existing ducts via the individual flats and isolate all connected waste pipes.
