Housing Management Agent

Sefton Council is seeking to establish a programme of Council Housing to help address the housing needs of Sefton to increase the delivery of affordable housing across the borough. The programme will initially focus on off the shelf and s106 purchases as well as evaluating the potential purchase and repair of existing empty homes in the long term.
