Hosted Electronic Sales Service

The Forestry Commission wishes to replace its current in-house electronic timber sales system, eSales, with a hosted sales solution. In addition to providing the current eSales functionality, the Forestry Commission wishes to expand the capability of its timber sales system into open ascending price auctions (English Auctions) and the processing of long term timber contracts.
