Homecare framework

3.1 The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is commissioning a Framework of Homecare providers for adults aged 18 and over residing in Barking and Dagenham. We use a strengths-based approach in our social care work and seek to build on the assets and relationships people have in their communities.
