Luton Borough Council is looking to engage with a Provider who will quote to effectively manage the Holding Accounts for our Direct Payment Customers. This facility will support Direct Payment customers from Adults and Children's and include a range of client groups, such as; Learning Disability, Mental Health, Individuals living with Dementia, Sensory impairment's and those with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
