The Surface Dressing single provider framework is for the delivery of in year preparatory works, traffic management, surface dressing, and the reinstatement of road markings associated with the delivery of the Authorities annual surface dressing programme.\r Surface Dressing will be carried out as part of a planned programme of work to include multiple sites and locations across the Authority.
