This PIN is being issued to inform the marketplace that Essex County Council (the Authority) is currently looking at options for replacing an in house Microsoft Access planning database used by the Authority to record applications, manage funds and integrate with related teams. In addition to this being used for responding to applications related to highways and community infrastructure, we would like to extend its use to include our strategic partner, Essex Highways (EH) who deliver projects.
