The City Council’s Highways Operations Division is responsible for maintenance of the adopted highway network in Stoke-on-Trent. The creation of this framework will provide increased capacity to enable the team to meet in-coming demand. During any periods where demand is greater than capacity, additional resources will be drawn down through the framework.
