High Level Maintenance

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) requires a Service Provider to deliver high level building fabric maintenance services. This involves Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive, minor and project change works activities to be undertaken on the high level internal and external building fabric at the Scottish Parliament Building, Holyrood, Edinburgh.
