Hicks Building - New Substation

 Concourse substation main LV switchboard works (including high voltage switching).  Fit out works to proposed Edwardian LV switch room (former external gas store) to include small power, lighting, emergency lighting and fire detection.  All builders work associated with the above works to include structural remedial work to proposed Edwardian switch room roof, enabling works to provide safe access for routing of high level external power cables and temporary works to provide protection to existing equipment fixtures and fittings.  Edwardian Building Switchboard Installation to include…
