Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH) wishes to invite interested parties to bid for heating system upgrades within the properties it manages. The tender is to appoint four (4) contractors to complete approx. fifty (50) property heating system upgrades per contractor. These upgrades must be completed by the end of this financial year, 31st March 2026. If we do not receive enough bids to award to four (4) contractors, we will split the work between less contractors provided we are confident that the works required can be completed in the given timeframe.
