South Tyneside Council Housing Services, Property Services and Asset Management "in house" labour team, deliver heating installations and associated works to properties within South Tyneside. Where South Tyneside Council cannot deliver the requirements of the programme, we are looking to engage the services of a contractor to deliver the shortfall in heating installations and associated works.
