Cumberland Council have commissioned a provider to deliver an advice and equipment service for people who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have dual sensory loss. The service comprises four main elements: • Information, advice and guidance • Care Act assessments • Equipment • Prevention and deaf awareness training.
