2. DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF THE PROJECT The Authority owns and manages the Headstone Manor Estate. The site has been home to Harrow Museum since the early 1980`s. The Contract will be administered by the Arts & Heritage Service of the Authority It is expected that the role of the contract manager will change in April 2016.
