Hard X-Ray Diffractometer

We require a new High performance X-ray Diffractometer using hard (Ag and Mo) radiation for our advanced characterisation facility. This diffractometer must be capable of rapid data collection from the wide diversity of materials studied by TUoS researchers - both small bulk pieces (pellets, off-cuts etc.) and powdered specimens of ceramics, cements and refractories, metals and glasses.
