Hard Facilities Management

This Contract covers the delivery of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, minor improvement project works to the Council's Hard FM assets across its operational and corporate estate. The Council intends to also instruct Capital refurbishment and replacement projects through the Contract which may include the Corporate, Schools and Commercial Estate. There are currently 53 sites whereby reactive repairs and planned maintenance are part of the core service and further 630 commercial premises which may require reactive repairs on an ad hoc basis.
