Tenders are invited by the Council from Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Handy Person Services (the "Services"). A service which enables people to live more independently in a home that is safe, warm and secure, preventing and/or delaying the need for more costly health and social care interventions.
